I grew up immersed in sport, learning early what discipline, consistency, and resilience actually require. From a young age, I competed as an elite runner, developing a deep respect for training, recovery, and the body’s ability to adapt. That foundation carried forward as I played basketball at a high level well into my late 30s, while balancing career demands, family life, and real‑world responsibilities.
Over time, I began to notice a familiar pattern.
Driven professionals, people who were disciplined, capable, and used to performing at a high level were slowly losing energy, gaining weight, and feeling disconnected from their health. Not from lack of effort, but from following approaches that didn’t fit their physiology or their lifestyle.
That’s where my work is focused today.
